The staff was amazing, from the reception to the bar. The breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel. The rooms were clean with a great view. The location was perfect. Value for money was excellent.

Elevator wait time.

I recently stayed at So/ in Vienna for 3 nights. The hotel's architecture is impressive, with a sleek and minimalist design. The view from the 18th floor breakfast place is exceptional, providing breathtaking views of the city. The location is perfect, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The standout feature of the hotel is the staff, who were attentive and friendly throughout my stay. The breakfast, though a bit chaotic in organization, offered great coffee and fresh juice.

The hotel was quite noisy, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. The music from the bar on the top floor was audible in our room, difficult to sleep.

This hotel is a remarkable gem , the view is breathtaking from the top floor where breakfast is served. the staff is exceptionally attentive and welcoming, catering to our luxurious needs , free drinks and juices filled every day in the modern, clean rooms. Spa facilities are top, notch with a cozy steam room and fantastic massage services , we left feeling thoroughly relaxed and pampered.

We had a minor issue with the service at the bar later in the evening. the staff seemed unwilling to use tables and were unable to accommodate our party of 12 without pre, ordering, unlike other city restaurants.
